1. Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

- Expedited options (2-Day or Overnight) may be available for an additional fee.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

- Currently, we ship only within the United States.

- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- Due to the glass packaging of our 2 fl oz bottles, we take extra care in packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Support@StrongFollicles.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable).
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly — replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our delivery regions soon.
